Precious moments

I’m finalising Liz & Andrew’s album design today and I came across this picture Anika took of Andrew and his brother.

I just love it.

She was at the back of the church, up top with the singers and this moment was just before Liz walked down the aisle.  It was a very emotional day which I will talk more about when I do a full blog post but here is a sneak peek into the love, family and bonding I witnessed that day.

Fresh Catering – Linda & Peter’s wedding at the MCA

I was catching up with Chloe Patch (who is the Event Manager of Vaucluse House Tearooms) this morning – what a perfect day to grab a coffee and wander in the grounds, Spring is in full swing and I’m loving it. :-) It reminded me of Linda & Peter’s wedding that I shot in February of this year.

I first met Peter years ago when I started as a preferred supplier for Vaucluse House Tearooms – he owns and runs Fresh Catering.

I was honored when he and Linda asked me to shoot their wedding, and so pleased I could witness their union and party with a fabulous bunch of friends and family.

We were allowed into Elizabeth Bay House for a few photos with Linda before the ceremony – you can see here on the right.

The shots are currently being considered for publication so I can’t do a full blog post – however here is a sneak peek at Linda – her maid of honour also made her dress! Quite special.

This is Sian – what a beauty!

I shot her wedding this Saturday and boy, were we lucky with the weather as it’s not stopped raining in Sydney since Sunday morning – blessed !

It’s sad to think that all this rain has come from the devastating weather in Queensland and my thoughts go out to all those battling extreme weather conditions.

As I’m selecting the final images from the day I thought I’d share this one candid I caught of Sian in her Carolina Herrera dress, as she was walking back up to the reception – such a natural, beautiful moment.
